Job summary

Bond Financial Group is seeking an Information Security (InfoSec) Lead to own the information security policy framework, ISMS, and ISO 27001:2022 certification across engineering teams in Singapore. You will design and enforce IAM controls, secure development standards, and guard against evolving threats.

You will lead incident response and work with MSSPs and penetration-testing firms, providing direction to the SoC team and cross-functional partners to maintain security posture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Proven track record designing and implementing ISMS and ISO 27001:2022.
• Experience building IAM frameworks (SSO, MFA, PAM) and handling external audits.
• Strong incident response leadership in production environments.
• Experience managing MSSPs and security tooling vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own information security policy framework and ISMS across the organization.
• Lead ISO 27001:2022 certification and ongoing surveillance audits.
• Govern IAM controls, secure development standards, and detection controls.
• Provide strategic direction to SOC and security engineers; oversee vendors.
