Job summary

SCIENTE is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead with hands-on expertise in VMware, Windows Server administration, MECM, infrastructure security, patching, hardening, and strong stakeholder management. You will own end-to-end infrastructure activities and coordinate with project teams.

The role requires hands-on provisioning, patching, and hardening across VMware and Windows environments, with a focus on security and reliability. Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with proven experience in Infrastructure environment.
• Hands-on VMware provisioning, hardening, and patching.
• Hands-on Windows Administration patching and hardening.
• Familiarity with MECM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of infrastructure-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage VMware infrastructure activities, including provisioning, hardening, and patching.
• Perform Windows administration activities, including patching and hardening.
• Support activities related to MECM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Work closely with project teams on infrastructure-related activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Take ownership of infrastructure-related activities end-to-end.
