Job summary

Helius Technologies is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to spearhead a critical infrastructure project in Singapore. The role requires hands-on expertise in VMware provisioning, patching and hardening, Windows Server administration, and MECM management, along with the ability to lead infrastructure activities and coordinate with diverse project teams.

Infrastructure Lead

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead to support a critical infrastructure project. The ideal candidate should have a strong hands-on technical background across VMware, Windows Server administration and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) , while also being able to lead infrastructure activities, coordinate with project teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate infrastructure activities across the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with project teams, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure infrastructure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Perform and oversee VMware administration , including:ProvisioningHardeningPatchingConfiguration and maintenance
• Perform and support Windows Server administration , including:Server provisioningPatchingHardeningConfigurationTroubleshooting
• Support and manage infrastructure activities involving MECM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager .
• Take ownership of infrastructure-related tasks, issues and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and coordinate resolution with relevant technical teams.
• Ensure infrastructure activities are carried out in accordance with project, security and operational requirements.
• Provide regular updates on infrastructure progress, risks and issues to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with proven hands-on experience in infrastructure environments .
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware , particularly provisioning, patching and hardening.
• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration , including patching and hardening.
• Familiarity with MECM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager .
• Experience working closely with project teams on infrastructure implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to independently take ownership of infrastructure activities and drive them through to completion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with tight timelines.
