Job summary

Upper Spring Consulting is seeking an experienced infra/cybersecurity engineer to strengthen an existing team in Singapore. The role covers reliability, performance, availability, and security of IT environments including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and disaster recovery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity operations and incident response.
• Proven technical experience/certifications for the listed technologies.
• Team player with strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise infrastructure including Windows Server/AD/Virtualization and network components.
• Monitor system performance, availability and capacity planning.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and cloud deployments (Azure).
• Implement backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide timely resolutions.
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, NACs and IPS for secure access.
• Ensure secure network segmentation and endpoint security across devices.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and monitor security alerts.
• Coordinate remediation from vulnerability assessments and support audits.
