Job summary

PCS Security Private Limited is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage and upgrade servers and networks in our Singapore facilities. The role includes asset management, health monitoring and incident response to maintain robust, secure systems.

You will automate repetitive tasks with Bash/PowerShell and scripting in Python/Perl, coordinate with vendors, and support infrastructure projects with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, maintaining and upgrading servers, networks and related hardware and software.
• Asset management and accurate asset records.
• IT infrastructure health and security monitoring and checks.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure and network issues.
• Change management control and documentation of changes.
• Responding to service requests and incidents with timely resolutions.
• Work with service providers/vendors to meet SLAs.
• Automation with Bash/PowerShell; Python/Perl.
• Support in provisioning IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for configuration, maintenance and upgrading of servers, networks and related hardware and software
• Perform asset management and maintain accurate asset records
• Perform day-to-day IT infrastructure health and security monitoring and checks
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and network related issues
• Perform change management control, and ensure changes are trackable and properly document
• Respond to service requests and incidents to provide timely and effective resolutions

• Work with service providers/vendors to ensure SLAs are met
• Automate tasks with basic Bash/PowerShell scripting and high-level programming languages such as Python/Perl
• Provide support in the provisioning of IT infrastructure-related projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
