Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, and enterprise hardware.
• Experience with backup/recovery tools, firewalls, storage systems, and monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with OpenShift/Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, Grafana, and Prometheus is an advantage.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.

Responsibilities

We arelooking for a proactive and hands‑on Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure in a mission‑critical environment. You will be responsible for managing servers, virtualization platforms, storage, security, and monitoring systems while ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure including Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, storage, firewalls, and backup systems.
• Perform system installation, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Support infrastructure security hardening and compliance based on industry and government security standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues across production, staging, and development environments.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and replication activities to ensure system resilience and availability.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and incident resolution.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, system diagrams, and operational reports.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), VMware, and enterprise hardware.
• Experience with backup/recovery tools, firewalls, storage systems, and infrastructure monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with OpenShift/Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, Grafana, and Prometheus is an advantage.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Certifications such as MCSE, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, or ITIL are a plus.
