Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of authority and agency clearance processes to facilitate timely approvals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office to support design coordination and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design works and manage interfaces to ensure seamless project integration.
• Manage submissions and approvals with authorities and agencies to secure necessary clearances.
• Liaise with consultants and design teams to monitor and deliver design outputs on schedule.
• Track design progress and proactively resolve design issues to maintain project timelines.
• Organize coordination meetings and maintain accurate records of submissions and approvals.
• Ensure all required approvals are obtained to align with the construction schedule and project milestones.
