Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM/Design Coordinator for a permanent role in the Central district. You will review, coordinate, and manage design drawings with consultants to ensure regulatory compliance.

The position requires a Civil/Structural engineering background, a PE registration, and at least 2 years of design coordination experience with contractors, with proficiency in BIM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' design and coordination experience with contractors.
• PE registration with PEB.
• Familiarity with British and Singapore design standards.
• Experience with BIM coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and manage design drawings with consultants to ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Analyse technical challenges, develop effective solutions, and oversee the planning, monitoring, and reporting of shop drawing production progress.
• Prepare and manage technical submissions for materials, construction methodologies, and Civil & Structural (C&S) shop drawings.
• Manage a team of BIM Modelers in the production of fully coordinated shop drawings and detailed construction plans.
• Resolve design and construction discrepancies by closely liaising with relevant team & regulatory bodies.

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: BIM/ Design Coordinator
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + Bonus
