Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist to administer and maintain hybrid IT environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and Linux, ensuring high availability, performance and security.

You will monitor network switches and wireless networks, troubleshoot connectivity, optimize bandwidth, and safeguard systems with MFA/Zero Trust controls. Responsibilities also include planning security projects (Intune rollouts, disaster recovery testing)

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
• 3–5 years of Enterprise IT support, Cloud/Systems Administration, Network Engineering, and SOC monitoring.
• Strong proficiency in cloud administration (M365/Azure), network troubleshooting, and automation scripting (PowerShell/Python).
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools (Splunk/CrowdStrike) and endpoint management (Intune).
• Certifications such as CCNA, Security CEH, or Microsoft Azure Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain hybrid IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Linux environments, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches and wireless networks. Troubleshoot connectivity issues, monitor network performance, and optimize bandwidth utilization.

• Monitor Splunk and security dashboards to identify and investigate potential security anomalies. Perform vulnerability checks, support the implementation of MFA and Zero Trust security controls, and assist with security incident investigation, response, and reporting.

• Plan and execute IT infrastructure and security projects, including Microsoft Intune endpoint management rollouts, network upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and disaster recovery testing.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and project documentation, to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity

• Min 3 - 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT support, Cloud/Systems Administration, Network Engineering, and Security Operations Center monitoring

• Strong proficiency in cloud administration (M365/Azure), network and computer troubleshooting, and automation scripting (PowerShell/Python)

• Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools (SPLUNK/Crowdstrike) and endpoint management (INTUNE)

• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, Security EC Council CEH or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly preferred
