This role provides strategic oversight, governance, prioritisation, and delivery assurance across all technology infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, cyber resilience standards, enterprise architecture, and business priorities.**Key Responsibilities:**Leadership & Team Management* Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Project Managers delivering Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects.* Oversee resource allocation, workload planning, skills development, and performance management.* Drive a high‑performing team culture with strong accountability, collaboration, and delivery discipline.Program & Project Delivery* Provide end‑to‑end oversight across all Infra/Cyber programs, including data center, cloud, network, storage, end‑user compute, identity management, platform upgrades, and regulatory projects.* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with bank policies.* Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and inter‑project impacts across technology domains.Governance, Controls & Reporting* Establish and enforce project management frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., SDLC, Agile, hybrid models).* Prepare and lead executive-level Project Steering Committee (PSC) by delivering clear, concise, and insightful reports.
