Job summary

YTL Construction (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Contract Officer with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with proven exposure to LTA projects and tender preparation.

You will support the full cycle of tender and contract administration, including preparation and review of tender documents, variations, claims and payments, subcontract administration and contract compliance, coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely submissions

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Contract Management.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction contract administration, with LTA projects in Singapore preferred.
Proven experience in LTA tender preparation and submission.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and submission of LTA tenders and major infrastructure tenders.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, contract conditions and scope of works.
Prepare tender documentation, schedules, submissions and contractual information.
Identify contractual risks and obligations and assist in clarifications to clients/consultants.
