Job summary

Clifford Capital Management Services PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate in the Capital Markets team to support structuring and execution of new structured issuances and to manage ongoing investor relations. The role involves financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and preparing presentations for investors.

The candidate should have a strong numerical background, familiarity with securitisation, and excellent communication skills to interact with institutional investors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong numerical and financial modelling skills.
• Understanding of securitisation and capital market products is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring and execution of IABS transactions and other structured solutions.
• Perform financial modelling and cash flow analyses.
• Create marketing materials and investor presentations.
• Coordinate with institutional investors and respond to requests.
• Prepare and assist with KYC documentation and legal workstreams.
• Collaborate with Clifford Capital teams to deliver timely outputs.
