Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled professional to lead and coordinate structured cabling deployments on government sites.

You will work with Project Managers to ensure alignment with scope, schedules, quality, and client requirements, and maintain thorough project documentation. The role involves providing inputs for reporting, supporting the transition from implementation to Operations & Maintenance, and conducting internal trainings and post-incident reviews to boost team

Qualifications

• ITE Certificate, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in networking, IT infrastructure, structured cabling, or infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience in structured cabling deployment and project coordination, preferably for large-scale or government projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs for project reporting, progress tracking, and regular status updates.
• Support the smooth transition of implemented infrastructure from project implementation phase to Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
• Lead and oversee deployment of structured cabling works across government sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope, schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.
• Prepare, review, and maintain patching records and project documentation.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, internal technical training, and post-incident reviews to strengthen team capabilities and enhance operational efficiency.
