Job summary

Astek Singapore Innovation Technology PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Information Technology Operations professional to be based in Singapore.

The role focuses on TechOps and production support for websites, digital platforms and customer-facing applications, combining incident management with hands-on AWS and Java expertise. You will monitor AWS infrastructure, CDN and servers, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with regional teams in India, China and Vietnam to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in TechOps, Application/Production Support or similar roles.
• Hands-on AWS Cloud experience.
• Experience supporting websites and customer-facing platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Java-based applications and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage TechOps and production support for websites, digital platforms and customer-facing applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure, servers, CDN and applications.
• Support Java-based applications and collaborate with developers on issue resolution.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis and drive issues through to closure.
• Work with regional technology teams across India, China and Vietnam.
• Participate in a 24/7 incident management and support model.
