Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance ISD's information management systems and repository and ensure accurate information availability for authorised users.
• Develop and implement information management strategies, policies and measures for information preservation and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage AI, data analytics and ICT tools to develop user-centric solutions and inform policy.
• Analyse current business processes, identify pain points, and propose automation or optimization using AI tools.
