Job summary

The smart local (tsl) media group in Singapore is seeking a senior influencer marketing lead to conceptualise and execute campaigns across SEA from pitch to delivery.

You will manage budgets, drive innovative influencer strategies, and build strong relationships with creators while staying ahead of social media trends. This role is based in our Singapore office and offers the opportunity to shape award-winning campaigns with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in influencer marketing and end-to-end campaign management.
• Proven ability to develop innovative influencer-led strategies with measurable impact.
• Strong commercial and project management skills, including budgets and resources.
• Excellent influencer curation and content strategy with brand alignment.
• Proactive risk identification and independent troubleshooting.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, strategy, paid media, and PM teams.
• Deep understanding of SEA creator trends and social platform evolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualisation of influencer marketing strategies and drive innovative campaigns.
• Involve in pitches and end-to-end campaign execution with account managers and strategists.
• Manage campaign budgets, profitability, and margins.
• Set standards for influencer curation and content pitching.
• Oversee campaign execution to meet brief and high-quality content.
• Forecast risks, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed.
• Oversee reporting for organic and paid influencer activities.
• Allocate resources across pitching, delivery, and always-on campaigns.
• Benchmark performance across verticals and markets.
• Collaborate with Paid Media leads to craft effective campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform evolutions.
• Build strong reputation with creator communities.
