Job summary

SAP is seeking a Business Process Chief Expert in CIS to lead Industry AI engagements and shape SAP's AI practice across teams. Qualifications

• 15+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries with enterprise transformations.
• Recognised industry thought leader with publications, conferences, or advisory roles.
• Hands-on experience defining and scaling Agentic AI solutions with data readiness and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record in product definition and delivery or leading complex customer transformations at senior levels.
• Ability to build and sustain CXO-level relationships driving multi-year co-innovation agendas.
• Ability to construct and defend investment-grade business cases linking outcomes to P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer innovation engagements: conduct workshops with business and IT to surface high-value Industry AI opportunities.
• Define high-value Industry AI use cases with data requirements, agent architecture, KPIs, and quantified value.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment with requirements, prototypes, and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver value rapidly using iterative models to production within weeks.
• Build the Industry AI portfolio with reusable assets and accelerators across SAP globally.
• Mentor colleagues and elevate capability in use case design, value engineering, and customer engagement.
• Engage with C-suite to shape multi-year transformation agendas and SAP product direction.
