Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Manager to lead the sales team across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and related industries. You will develop strategies, identify opportunities, and manage key accounts to drive revenue and aftersales growth.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience in B2B Sales, Sales Management or Business Development.
Strong leadership and sales team management capabilities.
Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Experience in market analysis, sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
Experience with Oil & Gas customers or strong knowledge of industrial valves / instrumentation is highly preferred.
Strong commercial and business development mindset.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
Identify new customers, markets and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industrial customers.
Develop and grow aftermarket sales and service opportunities.
Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates for the Sales Director.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts, pricing and business terms.
Work closely with technical, engineering and operations teams to provide suitable customer solutions.
Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate valves, pumps, instrumentation and fluid-control solutions.
Support the complete sales cycle, from enquiries and quotations through to order fulfilment and after-sales service.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and strengthen customer partnerships.
