STMicroelectronics in Singapore invites you to join the Industrial Engineering team at a production site to improve scheduling and control solutions across Fab areas, aligning with site objectives and broader ST strategies.

You will define, deploy, and support scheduling rules, optimize schedulers, analyze OEE, cycle time and costs, and collaborate with manufacturing, IT, and vendors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in industrial environments, production planning or scheduling is essential.
• Proficiency in English for business operations.

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy and support scheduling solutions across Fab work areas aligned with site objectives.
• Coordinate with production to define rules, deploy schedulers, and optimize performance.
• Interface with vendor, draft functional specs, raise enhancements, test and validate changes.
• Participate in manufacturing meetings to understand needs and propose improvements.
• Work with production teams to optimize schedulers and adjust local settings for site strategy.
• Analyze dispatching and scheduling performance to improve OEE, cycle time and costs.
• Collaborate with other sites and central teams to deploy the global solution.
• Provide operational support on production control tools and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Document processes, deliver training sessions, and build skill sets of shift-based teams.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives with solution vendors.
