Job summary

STMICROELECTRONICS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an Operations Industrial Engineer to manage Fab capacity, maintain the capacity model, and drive improvements to meet OEE targets. You will lead capacity expansion efforts and optimise layouts while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial Engineering or Project Management with 2 years in semiconductors, and strong Excel/Office skills to support data integrity and analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry.
Extensive knowledge of Excel and Office Suite.
Requires excellent coordination and organizing skills.
High level of multi-tasking and ability to prioritize to meet efficiency targets.

Responsibilities

Ensure capacity modelling database integrity - OEE / Ptime / Qualification.
Perform capacity analysis and drive operations for improvement.
Lead programs related to Capacity Increase, Equipment efficiency and productivity improvements.
Support layout optimisation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
