Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager – Industrial Projects to lead promotion, development, and execution of industrial project logistics.

You will handle project cargo, heavy lift, OOG, and data centre shipments, coordinating with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, timely and cost-effective deliveries. The role combines commercial and operational duties, including market intelligence, pricing, vendor management, and end-to-end project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience in freight forwarding or project logistics.
• Experience with containerised, breakbulk, OOG, or heavy lift shipments is preferred.
• Knowledge of data centre, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with international trade rules and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell specialised maritime and project logistics services.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through direct sales, networking, and visits.
• Research market intelligence on upcoming industrial projects.
• Develop transport plans for domestic and international project cargo across all modes.
• Coordinate shipment planning, documentation, permits, and customs requirements.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks, and resolve issues to meet timelines.
• Prepare RFQs, quotations, and project proposals; negotiate rates and contracts.
• Collaborate with operations, chartering, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
