EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior HVAC and mechanical specialist to provide technical leadership for a major facility development project in Singapore.

You will oversee HVAC, cleanroom and mechanical utility systems from design review through construction, commissioning and handover, coordinating with EPC contractors, consultants and vendors. The role requires 8+ years in high-tech facility projects, a mechanical engineering degree, and hands-on experience across

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience across design, construction, commissioning and handover of high-tech facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC and Mechanical technical matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review design submissions, RFIs and proposed design changes.
• Provide technical expertise across HVAC, cleanroom and mechanical utility systems.
• Review solutions from technical, cost, schedule, operational and maintainability perspectives.
• Collaborate with EPC contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Support technical evaluations and procurement of major mechanical equipment and utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, qualification and handover.
