Job summary

HALLIBURTON FAR EAST PTE LTD invites applications for a rotational program focused on process improvement within its Supply Chain operations in Singapore. Under broad direction, you will facilitate process improvement initiatives and establish analytical approaches to support strategic objectives.

You will develop recommendations and lead implementation activities to deliver measurable results, while driving sustainment of solutions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field.

• Ensures rotation deliverables are aligned with Voice of the Customer requirements.
• Develops recommendations and leads implementation activities for delivering measurable results.
• Facilitates team activities to accelerate completion of process improvement activities.
• Drives sustainment activities to ensure longevity of solutions.
• May have direct leadership of teams.
• Completes assigned projects, provides quarterly executive level presentations and meets developmental objectives in a timely manner.

• Will need to complete specific assigned projects, provide quarterly executive level presentations and meet developmental objectives in a timely manner in order to successfully complete the rotational program.
