Job summary

ASE Global in Singapore is seeking a proactive Industrial Engineer to join our operations team and drive efficiency improvements across testing and manufacturing processes.

You will conduct time studies, analyze data, coordinate with Operations and Engineering, and manage tester resources to maximize equipment utilization.

Fresh graduates welcomed; strong Excel skills and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with proactive problem-solving.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies to set precise standards for machine capacity and cycle time.

• Plan and manage testers and related hardware & software, overseeing transfer in/out activities and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Maintain robust spare parts inventory and ensure availability and readiness for production needs.

Requirement
