Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production line setup and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with CAD/AUTOCAD tools.
• Strong background in workflow optimization, time study and motion study.
• Experience with ergonomic best practices in manufacturing.
• Data analysis and waste reduction experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
