Skyworks Global Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive capacity planning and optimization across a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will lead time studies, capacity/bottleneck analyses, and factory simulation to support ramp and production demand.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Finance to justify CapEx and business cases, and mentor junior engineers while establishing IE standards and best practices across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of IE methodologies including Work Measurement, Flow Analysis, Time study, labor optimization, cycle time analysis, WIP profiling, and flow optimization.
• Capacity planning and bottleneck analysis; factory / production simulation and modeling.
• Experience designing and optimizing complex manufacturing/operational systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Drive capacity planning, bottleneck analysis, and manufacturing readiness to support production demand and factory ramp requirements
• Lead industrial engineering studies and initiatives to optimize labor productivity, machine utilization, and manufacturing efficiency
• Develop and maintain simulation / analytical models for factory planning, scenario analysis, and decision support
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Finance teams to evaluate CapEx requirements, cost models, and business cases
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to improve cycle time, throughput, cost, and operational performance
• Support manufacturing automation and digitalization initiatives including MES / system enhancements where applicable
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive implementation of process / system improvements with measurable business impact
• Establish and maintain IE standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization
• Mentor junior engineers / peers and contribute to development of IE team capability

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and driving implementation in fast-paced environments
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
