Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Mechanical Assembly Technician on a 1-year contract convertible basis, based in Woodlands, Singapore.

You will join a team focused on assembling automated and robotic systems for PCBA and semiconductor applications, interpreting drawings and setting up equipment. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, with hands-on assembly experience and familiarity with CAD/CAM, SAP, and SolidWorks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools (SAP).
• Hands-on experience in machine assembly or background in precision machining.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, PCBA, and semiconductor equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and set up automated and robotic machines used in industrial automation, with a focus on PCBA and semiconductor applications.
• Ensure precision and accuracy in the assembly process to meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, AutoCAD 2D, and SolidWorks 3D drawings to guide the assembly process.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for the assembly, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical components; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
