One Vogue Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring an Industrial Automation Engineer / Control System Engineer for a Chemical Process Plant in Tuas. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining SCADA/HMI applications and ensuring robust system operation.

You will install, configure and maintain SCADA components, integrate with PLCs and field devices, and document system diagrams and procedures. A strong background in industrial automation and problem-solving is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in SCADA programming or PLC systems for industrial processes.
• Familiar with SCADA/HMI platforms and industrial communication protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain SCADA/HMI applications.

Industrial Automation Engineer / Control System Engineer
Chemical Process Plant
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Tuas
Basic Salary: $5500 - $6500

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain SCADA/HMI applications using industrial automation software.

• Install, configure and maintain SCADA system components in redundant system environments.

• Configure real-time monitoring, alarms, data logging, trends and reports for plant operations.

• Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs, remote monitoring devices, motor drives, sensors and other industrial equipment.

• Set up industrial communication protocols to enable reliable data exchange between control systems and field devices.

• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, debugging and commissioning of SCADA and PLC systems.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including I/O lists, system diagrams and operating procedures.

• Collaborate with engineers, vendors and site technicians on project implementation, technical support, system reliability and cybersecurity.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in SCADA programming, PLC systems or industrial automation.

• Familiar with SCADA/HMI platforms, PLC programming and industrial communication protocols.

• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
