Job summary

Apex Sealing Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for roles focused on customer account management and sales support. You will liaise with customers and internal teams on deliveries, process sales and delivery orders, and promote company products to new clients.

The role requires 1–2 years’ experience, good communication, a drive to learn, and willingness to travel. Monday–Friday with occasional events; salary negotiable based on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

• Manage regular customer accounts
• Liaise with customers and external departments on deliveries
• Attend to customer enquiries , Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Order
• Show your ability to persuade clients with grace and deep comprehention of our housebrand products
• Respond to and handle customer details and phone call
• Proefficiency inlcudes knowledge of office software and online resources, as well as fundamental computer operations and internet usage

Sales and business development

• Promote and sell company products to new customer
• Understood customers needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements

Market research and analysis

• Sales targets, KPI (with commision) and reporting to the company

Customer service and support

Requirement :

• GCE 'O' Level & above or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication skills & task driven
• Salary negotiable depending on experience
• Willing to learn
• Have good speaking skills
• Details-oriented
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work

Working Hour:

• Monday - Friday (08.30 - 17.30)
• Saturday (08.30 - 13.00)
