Job summary

A local technology firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated candidate to maintain and service client accounts in B2B sectors, mainly focusing on CCTV and networking products. Qualifications

  • No specific diploma/degree requirement – hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle client-facing roles confidently.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented to ensure smooth sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service existing client accounts (mainly B2B, CCTV, Door Access, Networking products).
  • Update customer records, handle order processing, coordinate delivery, and follow up on payment collection.
  • Support sales operations with day-to-day coordination between customers and internal teams.
  • Build rapport with clients and channel partners through consistent communication and service.
  • Maintain relationships with an existing base of customers and provide some business development.
