Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant/Manager to join its Singapore Energy Markets Advisory Practice, focusing on the Indian power market. You will apply fundamentals-based research, develop power market models, and help clients assess opportunities and risks across the energy value chain.

The role requires 4–8 years of energy market experience, strong quantitative skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of energy market experience, with deep understanding of India's power market.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to develop power market models.
• Experience in energy asset valuation and transaction advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamentals-based research on the Indian power market, including generation mix and regulations.
• Develop and maintain power market models and robust price projections.
• Lead go-to-market efforts to deliver bespoke market advisory, including PPA structuring and due diligence.
