Job summary

Baringa is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for Indian Power Market and Financial Modelling Advisory in Singapore. You will conduct fundamentals-based analysis of the Indian power sector, develop and maintain robust market models, and deliver strategic advisory including PPA structuring and due diligence.

Strong India power market knowledge and modelling skills are required. Candidates should bring experience with energy assets, commercial advisory, and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years energy/power market experience, with India focus.
• Strong quantitative skills and experience building/maintaining power market models.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamentals-based analysis of the Indian power market, including generation mix and regulatory factors.
• Lead development and maintenance of power market models to project electricity prices and fuel mix.
• Deliver strategy and commercial advisory, including due diligence and PPA assessment.
