Job summary

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting an Asset Management client in Singapore to hire an Asset Manager to oversee and optimize portfolio performance.

You will monitor assets, perform portfolio analysis, track financial performance and manage stakeholders to identify value-enhancing opportunities across managed assets. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–8 years in asset management or related fields, with strong modelling, analytical, and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel

Our Asset Management Client is seeking a driven and analytical Asset Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of the firm's investment portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for asset monitoring, portfolio analysis, financial performance tracking, stakeholder management, and identifying value enhancement opportunities across managed assets.

Requirements

• Manage and monitor portfolio assets to achieve investment and performance objectives.
• Conduct financial, operational, and market analysis to support asset management strategies.
• Prepare asset performance reports, budgets, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Work closely with internal teams, tenants, operators, and external stakeholders to drive asset value.
• Identify and execute initiatives to improve asset performance and returns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in asset management, investment management, real estate, private equity, or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, private fund, or alternative investment asset management.
• CFA, CAIA, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
