Job summary

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting an Asset Management client in Singapore to hire an Asset Manager to oversee and optimize portfolio performance.

You will monitor assets, perform portfolio analysis, track financial performance and manage stakeholders to identify value-enhancing opportunities across managed assets. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–8 years in asset management or related fields, with strong modelling, analytical, and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of asset management or related experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor portfolio assets to achieve investment objectives.
• Conduct financial, operational, and market analysis to support asset management strategies.
• Prepare asset performance reports, budgets, forecasts, and reviews.
• Collaborate with tenants, operators, and stakeholders to drive asset value.
• Identify and execute initiatives to improve asset performance and returns.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
