Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking dedicated Freelance Job Coaches to support students with special needs in securing internships and meaningful employment. This role requires commitment and responsiveness, including emergency on-site support when needed.

The position pays $25/hour with a flexible commitment, including minimum onsite hours and ad-hoc availability; work is conducted online and at schools in Singapore, with on-site coaching commitments and potential $400 per successful placement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a job coach is a bonus
• Previous experience coaching/ teaching or engaging students with special needs
