The Winstedt School Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated STEM Teacher to design inclusive, inquiry-based STEM experiences for learners from Year 2 to Year 6.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement differentiated teaching strategies, assess student learning, and maintain digital portfolios, ensuring a safe, supportive and engaging STEM learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in STEM education.
• Deep pedagogical expertise in progressive STEM education, science, mathematics, and design/digital technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of neurodiversity‑affirming methodologies and inclusive, differentiated teaching strategies.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver inclusive, concept‑driven STEM experiences for Year 2 to Year 6.
• Partner with educators and leadership to develop inquiry‑based units and mentor colleagues on inclusive practices.
• Cultivate a positive, sensory‑friendly learning environment and leverage assistive technologies.
• Use multimodal assessments and maintain digital records, providing constructive feedback.
• Engage families and the wider school community to support student journeys.
• Fulfill pastoral and administrative duties and adhere to school policies.
