Job summary

STA PHARMACEUTICAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site environmental and safety specialist with hands-on experience in incineration and wastewater treatment. You will oversee SOPs, operate analytical instruments, and proactively eliminate safety hazards on site.

Ideal candidates will have a track record of improving team safety metrics, optimizing staffing, and coordinating with multiple departments to execute management directives effectively.

Qualifications

• Familiar with SOPs for incineration and wastewater treatment units.
• Skilled in the use and maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Experience in safety hazard elimination and on-site management.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in the relevant SOPs for incineration and wastewater treatment units, and be familiar with the operation of related environmental protection equipment.
• Be skilled in the use and maintenance of relevant analytical instruments.
• Eliminate 36 potential safety hazards through on-site management.
• Optimized team staffing efficiency to ensure high-performance execution, and reduced the number of near-miss incidents in the team to zero.
• Led the team to be named an outstanding team for two consecutive years.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and efficiently carry out tasks assigned by management.
