Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Singapore is seeking a Manager in our Incentives Advisory team to lead advisory and structuring engagements for clients across industries. You will assess incentive regimes, develop actionable recommendations, and support government engagement.

You will collaborate with Tax, Transaction Advisory and Corporate Finance teams to deliver integrated client solutions, manage client relationships, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, incentives and related advisory work.
• Experience gained in a professional services firm, government agency, corporate organization or a combination.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax incentives, tax credits, grants and government support frameworks.
• Strong Singapore and international corporate tax experience, including advising on tax planning and cross-border models.
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong project management and client relationship abilities.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead incentive advisory and structuring engagements for clients in Singapore.
• Develop business cases and government engagement materials with agencies such as EDB, MAS.
• Manage incentive application processes, compliance, and renewals.
• Provide cross-border incentive advisory and investment evaluation support.
• Collaborate with Tax, Transaction Advisory and Corporate Finance teams to deliver integrated solutions.
