Public Service Division collaborates to develop and implement funding policies for the arts sector in Singapore. The role focuses on reviewing grant schemes, maintaining policy documentation, and driving process improvements to maximise impact of funding initiatives.

You will handle data analysis, administer grants, and coordinate cross-departmental assessments while engaging with diverse stakeholders to ensure good governance and compliance with funding conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in project management or administrative roles.
• At least 2 years’ experience in handling data, analytics or managing systems/databases.
• Entry level applicants welcome if they demonstrate key competencies.
• Experience dealing with stakeholders and public queries.
• Administrative capabilities including data entry and Excel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in review of funding policies and grant schemes.
• Maintain documentation of funding policies and processes.
• Support implementation of process improvements.
• Update funding databases and generate data analysis for policy improvements.
• Coordinate cross-departmental grant assessment processes.
• Provide relevant advice and support to internal and external stakeholders; evaluate grant applications and ensure governance and funding conditions.
