Job summary

ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-oriented Retail Promoter to join a premium bedding counter at Takashimaya, Singapore. You will deliver friendly service, understand customer needs and recommend bedding and home furnishings.

You will work to achieve sales targets, process orders, maintain records and stock, and keep the counter clean. Prior retail experience is an advantage, but willingness to learn is valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and explaining products.
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Retail Promoter (Bedding / Home Furnishing)

We are looking for a customer-oriented Retail Promoter to join a premium bedding retail counter at Takashimaya.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable bedding and home furnishing products.
• Develop good product knowledge and explain product features to customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records.
• Prepare customer invoices and delivery instructions.
• Assist with stock counting, stock replenishment and ordering.
• Maintain a clean and presentable retail counter.
• Work closely with team members to support daily retail operations.

Requirements

• N Level, O Level, Polytechnic qualification or equivalent.
• Customer service or retail sales experience will be an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and explaining products.
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
• Candidates without prior bedding experience may be considered if willing to learn.

Working Hours / Shifts

• Morning Shift: 9:30am - 5:30pm
• Afternoon Shift: 1:30pm - 9:30pm
• Mid Shift: 12:00pm - 8:00pm, subject to manpower requirements

Salary & Incentives

• Basic salary from S$2,000 per month
• Sales commission and performance incentives
• Typical monthly earnings may vary depending on sales performance
• High-performing employees may earn approximately S$2,600 or more
