Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Indoor Sales position at Sim Lim Square, Rochor MRT.

The role involves greeting walk-in customers, recommending IT products, promoting computer equipment, and handling enquiries, quotations and transactions. Working hours are 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, at an on-site location in Singapore. Salary comprises a S$2,000 basic plus commission.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IT products and computer systems.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in IT products.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
• Promote and sell IT products, accessories and related computer equipment.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales transactions and product information.
• Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications to customers.
• Assist with stock checking, product display and inventory replenishment.
• Follow up with customers and provide basic after-sales support.
• Maintain proper sales records and perform basic administrative duties using Microsoft Excel and Word.
