Job summary

TP-LINK CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to promote electronic devices in our Singapore stores and provide friendly sales service to customers. You will help customers choose products, demonstrate features, and ensure products are neatly displayed.

Working location is islandwide across multiple stores with Friday to Sunday shifts from 1 pm to 9 pm. Strong English communication and basic IT/electronics knowledge are preferred, with a focus on excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary education.
• Knowledge of IT or electronic devices.
• Able to speak English.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote electronic devices in the retail store.
• Provide sales services and advice to customers.
• Replenish stocks and ensure products are well displayed in the Retail store.
