Job description
  1. Process Quality Inspection and Monitoring:
    Execute systematic quality monitoring according to the control plan throughout the production process. Conduct first article and full inspections during new line setup, equipment replacement, process parameter adjustment, or operator change to ensure all products meet quality standards at every stage.

  2. Abnormal Issue Handling and Process Improvement:
    Quickly identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues. When process abnormalities or non-conformities are detected, immediately implement containment actions (such as line stoppage, segregation, and labeling). Apply quality tools such as 8D and 5C for root cause analysis to prevent recurring or batch risks.

  3. Cross-department Collaboration:
    Assist other departments in handling customer complaints, participate in quality incident investigations, and complete other quality-control tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
  1. Experience:
    Working experience in automotive electronics assembly quality control.

  2. Technical Skills:
    Basic blueprint/drawing reading ability.

  3. Quality Tools Proficiency:
    Proficient in using measurement and inspection instruments.
