Job summary

OOm Singapore is seeking a hands-on SEO Specialist to grow the organic search and AI-search visibility of OOm's own site. This in-house role focuses exclusively on our brand's properties and you will see the impact of your work on rankings, traffic and qualified enquiries.

You'll work across content, on-page, technical, local and off-page SEO, and collaborate with Marketing, Content, Design and Web Development teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, in-house or agency.
• Solid fundamentals across on-page, technical, off-page and local SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, content optimisation, audits, link building and reporting.
• Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console and at least one SEO platform (Ahrefs/SEMrush/Screaming Frog/SE Ranking).
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS; ability to communicate technical needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, intent mapping, content gaps and competitor analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve pages and create new pages.
• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and internal links.
• Monitor performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Manage content calendar and SEO briefs for blogs and pages.
• Review content for search intent, structure and internal linking.
• Use AI tools to support SEO research and content development.
• Coordinate with Web Development for technical fixes.
• Collaborate across marketing, content, design, and SEO teams.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions and local visibility.
