Job summary

OOm Singapore seeks a hands-on SEO/GEO Strategist Team Lead to strengthen our strategists’ capabilities and own performance across client accounts. Reporting to the SEO/GEO Technical Director, you’ll translate direction into clear priorities and ensure recommendations drive measurable results.

You will oversee your team’s portfolio, identify underperformance early, review strategies and deliverables, coach strategists, and coordinate with content, development and account management to unblock

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO experience required.
• Proven ability to guide multi-client strategies.
• Strong analytical and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance across your team’s portfolio and align with client KPIs.
• Identify underperformance early and implement recovery plans.
• Review strategies, technical audits and key deliverables for clarity and priorities.
• Coach strategists and address recurring skill gaps with follow-up.
• Coordinate with content, development and account management to unblock blockers.
• Lead practical testing and adoption of SEO/GEO approaches.
• Drive feedback and improvement of in-house SEO/GEO tools.
