Job summary

Artrend Design Pte Ltd seeks a talented Interior Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to conceptualize design ideas and lead a small design team in Singapore. You will translate client briefs into compelling spaces for commercial, residential, and retail environments.

You will work on space planning, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist in generating sales quotations while maintaining a strong eye for color, texture, and finishes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conceptualize interior design ideas and concepts.
• Ability to lead junior designers and coordinate project tasks.
• Understand and translate client design requirements into plans.
• Strong color, texture, and material sensibilities for commercial/residential spaces.
• Knowledge of AI concepts applicable to design workflows.

• Recognize and understand clients’ design requirements.

• Prepare on space planning for commercial offices, residential and retail spaces.

• Assist to generate sales quotation.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience.

• Strong In Interior Design conceptualizations.

• Must have creative mind in terms of commercial and residential.

• Proficiency in Autocad, VRay, 3D Studio Max & Photoshop.

• Creative with a strong sense for colors and texture.

• Need to have AI knowledge.
