Job summary

EMPYRION DC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Legal Counsel to provide broad legal support across financing, governance and compliance, partnering with internal stakeholders and external counsel from day one.

You will review and negotiate financing documents, advise on corporate governance and compliance, and draft a range of commercial agreements including NDAs and service contracts.

Qualifications

• PQE of 9–15 years in law.
• In-house experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience handling financing transactions and commercial contracts.
• Ability to work independently with competing priorities.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with regional or cross-border matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on financing and transaction matters including drafting and negotiating documents.
• Advise on governance, regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including service agreements and NDAs.
• Support project-related legal matters including contract management and risk assessment.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks while aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on regulatory matters.
• Assist with day-to-day legal operations and provide general support.
