HR SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Accountant to join our in-house finance team in Singapore, responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance.

You will manage full sets of accounts, perform month-end and year-end closings, prepare reconciliations and financial statements, monitor cash flow, and coordinate with auditors and tax professionals. Applicants should have a diploma or degree in accounting, at least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of SFRS,

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably full-set accounts.
• Good understanding of financial accounting, month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST and basic corporate tax.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
• Experience with inventory accounting, costing or manufacturing/trading businesses is a plus.
• ACCA or Singapore CA qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal and external parties.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and maintain full sets of accounts, including GL, AP and AR.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities on schedule.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, receivables and day-to-day financial transactions.
• Maintain records of fixed assets, inventory and related accounting schedules.
• Prepare GST submissions, corporate tax schedules and other statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries as required.
• Support annual audits with schedules and documentation.
