is seeking an IMS Team Lead (Identity Management Services) for a multi-year identity and security managed services engagement with a public sector organisation in Singapore, covering IAM, IGA, PAM and identity operations. You will lead the IMS operations team, manage access requests, reviews, and reporting, ensure compliance with procedures and SLAs, and collaborate with client stakeholders and security teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Identity management certifications preferred.
• Experience with IAM/IGA/PAM workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the IMS operations team.
• Manage identity/account/access requests, manual exceptions and user support.
• Coordinate access reviews and operational reporting.
• Ensure procedures, SLAs and audit requirements are met.
• Enforce maker-checker controls and handling of manual interventions.
• Track requests, issues and review actions to closure.
• Maintain complete operational records.
• Coordinate with technical leads, application/security teams and client stakeholders.
• Support automation-first operations, investigations, audits and remediation.

About the role

We are hiring an IMS Team Lead (Identity Management Services) for a multi-year identity and security managed services engagement with a public sector organisation in Singapore, covering IAM, IGA, PAM and identity operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the IMS operations team
• Manage identity/account/access requests, manual exceptions and user support
• Coordinate access reviews and operational reporting
• Ensure accurate, timely execution against procedures, SLAs and audit requirements
• Enforce maker-checker controls and proper handling of manual interventions
• Track requests, issues and review actions to closure
• Maintain complete operational records
• Coordinate with technical leads, application/security teams and client stakeholders
• Support automation-first operations, investigations, audits and remediation

What you will bring

• 2+ years identity management operations, user access administration, access review coordination
• Identity/account/access administration and fulfilment
• Access review coordination and action tracking
• Maker-checker controls, audit trails and exception handling
• SLA monitoring, work allocation and operational reporting
• User support and stakeholder coordination
• Identification of manual workarounds and process improvements
• Adoption of automated IGA/IAM/PAM workflows

Qualifications & certifications

• Degree in CS/IT or related
• Identity management or security certifications preferred

Work arrangement

Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises

Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time

Working days: Monday to Friday

The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting

Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
