Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks an IAM/PAM Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise-wide identity security solutions from our Singapore headquarters. You will define standards and integrate cross-functional software into the central access infrastructure, while analyzing architecture weaknesses across authentication, entitlements and user permissions.

With 7+ years in IAM and a proven track record in identity architecture, system integration and access platforms, you will influence

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Identity Access Management.
• Proven track record in identity architecture design, system integration, and customizing access platforms.
• Exposure to IGA, AM, PAM, CIAM and IAM strategy is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and deployment of enterprise-wide identity security solutions.
• Define technical and operational standards to integrate cross-functional software into the central access infrastructure.
• Analyze system architecture weaknesses to resolve issues across authentication, entitlement, and user permission models.

Your role involves:

Lead the technical design and deployment of enterprise-wide identity security solutions

Define technical and operational standards to seamlessly integrate cross-functional software into the central access infrastructure.

Analyze system architecture weaknesses to resolve complex issues across authentication, entitlement, and user permission models.

Deliver expert support for critical access incidents, platform upgrades, and change requests.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of experience in Identity Access Management. Proven track record in identity architecture design, system integration, and customizing access platforms will be highly preferred.

Exposure to IGA | Identity Governance and Administration, AM | access management, PAM | Privileged Access Management, CIAM Customer Identity and Access Management and IAM strategy will be highly preferred.
